What is NCAP?
The NCAP program helps Aboriginal people find work or improve
their current job situation. NCAP program are staffed by Aboriginal
people who are in touch with the needs of Aboriginal community
and have good contacts with employers, business groups and training
providers within the local area. Your local NCAP officer can help
you plan your future career by looking at what you like to do
and trying to find a job that suits you. The NCAP program is funded
by the Minister for the Department of Education and Training and
is a FREE service to you.

How does NCAP assist employers?
• NCAP officers can refer appropriately qualified and experienced
Aboriginal jobseekers to fill vacancies.
• NCAP officers can provide employers with knowledge links
to local communities and organisations, as the NSW Department
of Education and Training.
• NCAP officers monitor job placements to ensure that both
you and your employer are happy with the outcome The program is
a free service funded by the NSW Department of Education and Training.
