Certificate III in Live Production and Services (Set construction in the entertainment industries).

In this course the students have been working in close collaboration with local theatre group The Arcadians and have done a great job constructing set flats and props for the production "Seussical the Musical" as well as designing their own personal projects. Certificate III in Hospitality

The students in this course have worked as a team to make hot and cold drinks, fresh fruit smoothies, awesome iced chocolates even freaky shakes. They have planned events and produced everything from tapas style foods to scrumptious meals. Throughout the course they have learnt to provide excellent customer service and develop strong customer relationships.

Hospitality Students visit The Grounds of Alexandria Café Sydney to experience fresh home style food from the organic gardens within the Grounds, speciality coffee, the Grounds bakery which boasts an 800 kilogram bread oven, a patisserie kitchen, flower shop, individual food carts, farm animals all set in a historic former pie factory.
