BARISTA

ITeC is currently running regular Barista courses, giving you the opportunity to learn how to make that perfect coffee.
The course covers the machine, the grinder, the tools and knowledge required to make consistently exceptional coffee.

OHS CONSTRUCTION INDUCTION CARD (White Card) RTO Approval No. C09267
Is required for people:
-
carrying out construction work, including site managers, supervisors, surveyors, labourers
and trades persons
-
who access operational construction zones unaccompanied or not directly supervised by an inducted person, and
-
whoes employment causes them to routinely enter operational construction zones.
ITeC is accredited by WorkCover to deliver the OHS Construction Induction Card.

FOOD SAFETY SUPERVISOR CERTIFICATE
Certain food related businesses must ensure all staff handles food safely in the workplace and must have a qualified Food
Safety Supervisor from October 2011.
To ensure this happens, NSW Food Authority has released a legal requirement where the business owner must nominate a Food Safety Supervisor who has the responsibility of recognising, preventing and alleviating the hazards associated with
food handling in your business.

BASIC FOOD HANDLING

BASIC COMPUTING FOR SURVIVAL
This one day computer boot camp is for those who want to learn the basics of computer usage.
The course will cover: introduction to the computer, Internet surfing skills, internet safety, email, email attachments,
shopping online and will touch on the phenomenon of 'Myspace' and 'Facebook.' Great for parents / grandparents
who want to keep up with the kids.
