Traineeships offer a fantastic opportunity for all employees to gain a nationally recoginised qualification through employment based training.

Traineeships are flexible and can be conducted on the job, which is a time effective and productive way to receive training. There is no down time for staff to attend classes away from the workplace as the training and assessments are conducted at your worksite.

  • You are able to commence a traineeship at any time throughout the year, however there maybe greater benefits if commencing soon after the employment of new staff members
