Casual/Contract Trainer & Assessor – Construction

Illawarra ITeC is a Registered Training Organisation 90185 and we are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and engaging Trainer/Assessor with current Vocational and Industry experience to deliver face to face training and assessment in Wollongong for CPC20211 Certificate II in Construction Pathways.
4 days per week for 13 weeks with potential for ongoing work to December 2020.
Responsibilities:
-
Foster, mentor and support your students to be successful and have a rewarding education experience.
-
Contribute in assessment validation, moderation and development of learning and assessment tools.
-
Complete administration requirements relating to training delivery to meet RTO requirements.
Essential Criteria:
-
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with TAELLN411 or equivalent and TAESS502 or equivalent
-
Qualification in Vocational area to Certificate III level.

Industry contacts/networks.
-
Evidence of Industry currency & Professional Development as per SRTO 2015 Clause 1.13 - 1.16

Sound knowledge of the Vocational Education and Training System including SRTO 2015

Current Working with Children Check

Minimum 2 years' industry experience

Experience in the implementation of training programs in line with Training Package requirements
